The Policy Circle is a non-partisan, non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to advancing women's leadership through expanding knowledge of the impact of public policy in our society.


251 Circles in 38 States with 2800 members meet to engage in informed and civil discourse regarding the policies that impact their families, communities and careers.  


Women who are leaders pursue collaboration to solve problems.  The Policy Circle, through data-driven policy briefs and enlightened conversation, increases womens’ understanding of the interdependence of, or connections between,  government, business, and individuals. The Policy Circle builds their confidence so that women can take the lead on the most-pressing policy issues of the day.
